I was reminded of this verse when I saw the new hillsong's album, which is called 'hope, faith and love'. These three things are the foundations of our faith. Without these three things you can't be saved and you can't live your life for Jesus.
Faith is letting what you believe, come out in your actions. It's says in the bible 'faith without actions is died'. We can all say we are 'all in' for Jesus but until we have faith and put that into action, then all we are doing is saying it and that's POINTLESS.
Faith is also listed as one of the spiritual gifts in 1 Corinthians 12. I believe God sometimes gives us more faith to face certain situation. Maybe your believing for a job or a family member who is ill and you need 'extra' faith to believe for God's to move in that situation.
Without having a faith in Jesus, we aren't saved. You can think you know everything there is know about Jesus, but until you have faith in him. You aren't going to heaven. If you don't have faith in Jesus, i want to ask you why is that?
Faith is about finding it out for yourself, no one can tell you to have faith. But people have point you in the right direction. I want to point you to Jesus, in him you'll found everything you need and more.
